Current Products: Presents ideas in writing for experiments to increase impact to customers to current product portfolio (RCG’s, Office Gatherings etc)
New Idea Generation: Presents new product ideas in writing to leadership to enhance/increase product portfolio. Run sprints to deliver against new product ideas.
Delivery of New Hire onboarding sessions and contributing to process improvement projects, feedback
Oversee Site Compliances - Setting goals around site compliance is essential for maintaining safety, legal adherence, and operational efficiency.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with 8-10 years of experience in managing Workplace Experience and Facility Management (FM) services within the corporate sector, ideally in organizations with an employee count of 800-1000.Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and tech savvy. A background in hospitality, events, tech industry operations, or customer experience is preferred.Key qualifications include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Operational understanding of facility management services and solutions.
Strong project management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor workplace experience initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Skills in vendor partner management and demonstrated experience in account development.
Proficiency in managing service providers, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience in overseeing vendor and site compliance.
Ability to create mechanisms and tools that promote operational excellence.
Strong data analysis skills, with the capability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee engagement, workplace utilization, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to effectively allocate resources for workplace experience initiatives and manage expenses.
A solid understanding of outsourcing processes.
Excellent people relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Experience in employee onboarding programs is preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus.
