**About the Role:**
AsaCBRE WorkplaceExperienceManager,youwillberesponsiblefordirectly managing adynamic tenant experienceprogramforalargeofficeasset.Thisincludes directmanagementand oroversight ofphysical amenityspaces,tenant programming, buildingcommunications,marketingand sales,service cultureand the team members who will execute it all.

The individual who will excel at this role has a deep understanding of the value that experience programs provide to their tenant base and the operational chops to ensure it runs smoothly every day. You will provide formal supervision to employees,monitorthe training and development of staff, conduct performance evaluations andcoachingand create an employee culture that adheres to CBRE’s RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence).

+ Buildstrongbondswithoccupiersensuringtheirexperiencesarepersonalizedandtheirdaysareproductive.
+ Monitortrendson anestablishedcadencethatallowforbothinternalteamsandassetmanagers the ability to understand the business and adjust practices whendeemednecessary
+ Ensureexperienceengagementreportingissubmittedontimeandexecutedinadherencewithstandards
+ Consistentlyidentifywaystoimprovethesystems andprocessestoensureoptimizedoperations and experiences.
+ Ifnecessary,provideassistancewithnewtenant move-ins,onboarding andinofficeserviceswhenasked.
+ Assistleasingteamsinhighlightingthebenefits ofthebuilding’samenitiesincludingtoursand lease gifting programs.
+ Ownthetenant onboardingprocesssonewbuildingoccupantsareawareof theservicesand amenities provided.
**Community** **Programming** **and** **Building** **Communications**
+ Directlymanageandexecutea dynamiccalendarofeventsforthetenantsof the buildingfocused on strategic values that build community and engagement.
+ Overseetheimplementationofallaspectsofthecommunityeventsincludingbudgeting,vendor management, onsiteexecutionand reporting.
+ Assistin creating and execution of event marketing strategies and content including updating tenantmobileapp,digitalandphysicalsignageandbuildingnewsletteraccordingtothebuilding brand identity standards.
+ Ensuredigitalandphysicalcommunicationsmethods(mobileapp/digitalsignage,physicalsignage etc.) are up to date andfunctioningappropriately.
**Service** **Culture**
+ Identifyandexecutekey hospitality processesandoperationsthatsupportbothouroccupiers,our guests, and our greater building teams experience.
+ Beachampionforimplementingstandards stepsofserviceandhospitalityprinciplesestablishedand taught by the CBRE L&D team.
+ Modelanddeliveronanynewhospitalitystandards relatedtonew productsandservices both internally and to the rest of the building team.
+ Confidently,empatheticallyandprofessionallycommunicateandresolveissueswithallbuilding stakeholders.Ultimatelyyoutakeontheresponsibilityofyourbuildingteamstomakesituations better including follow up and tracking.
+ DeliveronboththeteamandoccupierSurprise&Delightmonthlystandards
**Marketing** **Support**
+ Managerelationshipwithcontractedmarketingandmediavendors.Conductsbiddingprocess, negotiates prices and selects vendors for needed services.
+ Serveaslocalofficecontact for advertisingandpromotion.
+ Identify,coordinateandfacilitatepromotionalevents.
+ Coordinatethedevelopment,productionanddistributionofprint/webcollateralmaterials.
+ Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, public, corporatemanagementand ownership.Keeps stakeholdersapprisedofmarketingactivitiesandresultsthroughperiodicreports,newslettersand ongoing correspondence.
+ Reviewmaterialstoensurecompliancewithcompanystandardsforuseoflogo,brandingandother print media requirements.
+ Supporttenantretentionthroughthedevelopmentoftenantmerchandizingandpromotionalinitiatives.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $88,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
