The Impact of a Workplace Experience Manager at Coupa:
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations in Paris. You will have a strong focus on efficiency, process creation, creativity, and delivering happiness to all employees, customers and visitors. You should be an energetic professional, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to adapt and thrive in our quickly growing, ever-changing environment. You will work closely with the Senior Workplace Manager for EMEA to deliver A-class service and offer ad hoc support, as needed, to the wider team.
This is a part-time role of up to 30 hours per week.
Please Submit any CVs in EnglishHow You WIll Impact Coupa Every DayWork in collaboration with the Senior Workplace Manager to cultivate a productive and welcoming work environment, with specific attention to the changes of a post-COVID environmentBe responsible for the reception area including flowers/plants, reading collateral etc. and presenting the first impression of Coupa with fun and professionalism and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the officeMeeting and greeting visitors, employees and clients and creating a hospitable environment in Coupa’s Paris office.Correspond daily with external parties, prospects, partners, and vendors.Management of security systemBe a First Aid Officer and Fire WardenDeal with all emergency situationsWhat you will bring to Coupa: Proven full-time experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including facilities management.Ability to read, and understand construction drawings, specifications and contracts and to coordinate projects for office fit-outs and control operating and capital expenses.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G-suite.Ability to interface with all levels across the entire organisation and work cross-functionallyStrong oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and French is a mustExperience and passion for creating a warm, welcoming, workplace environmentCommitment to ongoing process improvement and developing standards
