Collaborate on the development and implementation of workplace initiatives, policies, processes, and tools, including strategies related to hybrid work. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners (e.g., IT, Finance, Employee Experience), acting as a trusted advisor on workplace matters. Engage proactively with leadership and employees, leveraging data to understand and support the evolving needs of the Bucharest team. Manage vendor relationships, schedule repairs, and ensure partnerships with best-in-class suppliers, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Serve as the primary liaison with building management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any facility-related matters. Work closely with Procurement and your manager to onboard new vendors, process quotes, and push through proposals to meet deadlines. Support budget tracking and financial planning for the Bucharest office.
