As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team with 650 (constantly growing) colleagues assigned to 4 office locations. You will closely cooperate with the global Workplace Experience team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities
Internal Event Organization tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.Future way of work concept by working on continuous improvement of our office space planning and being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships and building social engagements.Close cooperation with Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses and preparatory invoicing.Local Office Support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance.Purchase in close cooperation with our Procurement team.Employee Benefits ensure alignment and improvement and competitiveness of our Employee Benefits and take care of the administration together with our People Operations TeamSupport and advice the team on everyday tasks.People & Culture
