We’re searching for a Toronto-based Workplace Experience Manager to join our Facilities & Operations team so that we can streamline office operations, enhance employee experiences, and ensure smooth workplace management across multiple North American locations. The Workplace Experience Manager will manage daily operations in Toronto, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for process improvements, and oversee workplace initiatives to create a productive, cost-efficient, and engaging work environment. How You’ll Spend Your Time · Manage office operations and daily facilities needs to ensure a seamless workplace experience. · Collaborate with IT and Security teams to oversee office access control, cybersecurity measures, and remote office equipment setup. · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workplace efficiency across multiple locations. · Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality office services. · Develop and execute budget plans to optimize operational costs while maintaining a high standard of workplace management. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having · Mid-level experience in workplace management, office operations, or facilities management. · Proven success in optimizing workflows, managing multiple locations, and improving workplace experiences. · In-depth knowledge of office management procedures, vendor relations, and workplace compliance. · Ability to commute to Toronto office five days a week. · Sincere interest in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-managed workplace environment. · A knack for working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
