You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, primarily to an Iconic location in Southampton!

About the Role

Responsible for the operational delivery of Technical Services, Cleaning, Catering and Grounds Maintenance across sites at Southampton, Bristol, Exeter and Salisbury - you will be based at Southampton mainly, with monthly site visits to the other locationsResponsible for 3 direct reports and 20 indirect reports. Hands on role when required, dealing with suppliers, contractors and staff Engaging with client to ensure their satisfaction with our service delivery

What We’re Looking For

History of managing the operational delivery of both Soft and Hard FM Services (Hard Services management experience is essential, but no technical qualifications needed).  A proactive and solution-focused mindset.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong Leadership and communication
