Workplace Strategy Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate
**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** + Collect, analyze, and interpret data as related to our branch portfolio to assess current occupancy, employee needs, and future growth trends + Work cross-functionally with clients, management and various internal teams to provide insights and recommendations that support the company’s vision and strategic goals + Develop data-driven recommendations for office design, space optimization and utilization strategies to enhance employee collaboration, well-being, and cost efficiency + Assist in creating the business programs that will be utilized to build the financial proformas needed to obtain leadership approvals + Validate data, issue reports and communicate findings effectively, leveraging critical thinking and analytical expertise to support the real estate space and utilization recommendation + Gather and analyze data on office space utilization, employee occupancy patterns, space usage, and employee feedback through surveys, space management systems, and other sources. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. + Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for office space optimization, including layout redesign, and technology integration. + Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workplace occupancy and utilization, employee satisfaction, and productivity to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies. **Skills:** + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments, management and internal clients. + Experience in dealing with workplace design, space planning tools, and programming modeling related to real estate strategy + Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from complex datasets + Understanding of office design principles, space planning, and furniture layout + Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines + Proficiency in data analysis tools and software + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment + Proven experience in strategy analysis or similar role + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in data analysis tools and software + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Knowledge of the industry trends and market dynamics + Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Office 365, AutoCAD **Typical Work Environment:** + Primarily remote, with occasional site visits to assess existing workplaces **Education** Bachelor’s: Business Administration **Work Experience** General Experience - 3 to 6 years **Certifications** PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) **Travel** Less than 25% **Workstyle** Remote At Raymond James our associates use five guiding behaviors (Develop, Collaborate, Decide, Deliver, Improve) to deliver on the firm's core values of client-first, integrity, independence and a conservative, long-term view.
