How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

The core purpose of the Workplace Technology Lead is to deliver exceptional IT end-user services to the business, leading a high-performing regional technical support team and fostering strong relationships and engagement with business stakeholders. This role plays a key role in embedding IT initiatives and supporting Aurecon New Ways of Working.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

Be the regional interface and custodian for the local and regional IT resources (SA and Vic).Lead the regional Workplace Technology team and actively contribute to their growth and development.Provide strategic regional IT input for the business functions across the region.Help deliver technology strategy and delivery initiatives through the business, ensuring initiatives are communicated, embedded, and supported.Support the ANZ IT Manager with accurate forecasting of end-user hardware refresh targets and making sure regional IT demands and requests are communicated back to management teams.Manage regional IT support activities, ensuring compliance with ITSM best practice and ISO 27001.

We are also looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, Finance or related field and experience working within in Information Technology.People leadership – previous experience in leading high performing teams.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions.Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to provide advice and delivery outcomes within a complex environment is highly desirable.Working knowledge of benefits realisation and resource management.
