What will you do?

IT Workplace Technology Lead is a crucial member of the IT team responsible for managing and optimizing the End User IT Experience within the organization. This role involves overseeing the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of desktop hardware, operating systems, applications, and related peripherals.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Provide frontline technical leadership to address user queries and resolve issues promptly.

Diagnose hardware and software problems, offering timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular maintenance and updates to optimize system performance.

Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on technology best practices.

Create comprehensive documentation, including manuals and guides, to assist users in utilizing technology effectively.

Act as a primary point of contact for End User IT related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or industryspecific requirements.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the workplace technology landscape.

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Foster collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
