Works Manager – Exeter

This position is Exeter based however does require travel around the South West!

Responsibilities:
Business development / supportOversee the logistical requirements of the regionBuild and maintain rapport with clientsProvide regular progress reports to stakeholdersSet targets, objectives and responsibilities for all staffRegularly review program, timings, budget, labour, risk and project plansSupply financial recordsMonitoring performance against agreed criteriaEnsure contractual obligations are fulfilledGroups Health & Safety policies are adhered to at all timesDealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issuesSupport and inspire project teamsMonitor project progress and proceduresTender, pricing, estimating and Pre-contracts, setting up to handoverSkills
