Responsibilities:
Initial set up and management of the teamBusiness development / supportOversee the logistical requirements of the regionBuild and maintain rapport with clientsProvide regular progress reports to stakeholdersSet targets, objectives and responsibilities for all staffRegularly review program, timings, budget, labour, risk and project plansSupply financial recordsStart up and recommend policy and procedure improvementsMonitoring performance against agreed criteriaEnsure contractual obligations are fulfilledGroups Health & Safety policies are adhered to at all timesDealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issuesSupport and inspire project teamsMonitor project progress and proceduresRecruit and develop staffTender and Pre-contractsSkills
