This role is critical in ensuring the safe and reliable servicing of our fleet, minimising downtime, and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring Mechanical or Mobile Plant Trade qualifications with 5+ years of experience (highly desirable) Proven leadership with a track record of supervising workshops and coaching teams to success Customer service focus with a passion for building strong client relationships Expert fault-finding and breakdown support to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Maintenance scheduling experience across large, geographically dispersed areas Ability to make timely, quality decisions under pressure and tight deadlines Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate) and the MS Office Suite What We Offer On-the-job training and upskilling to support your growth and development Above award pay rates with yearly increases Recognised as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for All Women — explore our benefits here Access to benefits and lifestyle discounts to support you and your family’s well-being
