In this position... 
 

The Service Information Commodity Lead is responsible for the quality and on time development and release of service information (Workshop Manual, Wiring Diagrams, Powertrain Controls/Emission Controls Manual, Cross Vehicle Publications, Pre-Delivery Inspection Sheets) to support North American Ford and Lincoln vehicles. 

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is one which has an excellent understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical repair procedures and has experience working as an automotive technician, preferably at a Ford dealership.  

Required Skills

Expert in vehicle diagnosis and repair procedures needed to repair vehicles. Familiar with Ford service information development process Ford dealership experience  Bachelor's degree Demonstrates ability to manage various projects, working with PD, quality, and service information development supplier. Familiar with Ford Scan tools (Ford Diagnosis and Repair System and Integrated Diagnostic System), including module programming functions.  Overall technical knowledge of vehicle components and subsystems preferred Demonstrates strong problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Proficient in English language – able to interpret technical specifications.

This position is a range of salary grades GSR5 - GSR8 .
