Department: Production

Location: JTI Malvar, Batangas
Reporting to: Department Manager

 

We are hiring a Workshop Mechanic to oversee and execute engineering work orders, coordinate with departments, maintain workshop facilities, and ensure safety and efficiency in all operations.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 

Plan and perform ERF work orders and supervise on-site contractors

Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and equipment availability

Coordinate resources and schedules with internal teams

Maintain reports, logs, and comply with safety and engineering standards

Support troubleshooting and project improvements

 

 

YOU ARE:

 

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related vocational/technical course

At least 5 years of experience in a similar or manufacturing engineering role

Strong technical skills in operating workshop equipment

Knowledgeable in safety standards and reporting procedures

Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
