Service and Workshop Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesCarry out service operations in accordance with the designated workflow, ABB standard processes, and safety guidelines,Analyze technical issues in the workshop and perform maintenance, repair, upgrades, enhancements, modernization, and other workshop tasks (maintenance, repair, advanced services, upgrades and enhancements, end-of-life services, replacements, modifications, modernization, etc.),Ensure that workshop materials, parts, and equipment are available in the required quality and quantity,Report completed work on time and follow up when necessary,Comply with environmental responsibilities and safety regulations, report unsafe situations and incidents.
Qualifications for the roleGraduate of Electrical/Electronics departments (Vocational School or Technical High School),Minimum 2 years of experience as a service technician in the manufacturing or electrical industry,Knowledge and experience in asynchronous motors and drive devices,Ability to work efficiently in a workshop environment and collaborate with a team, with a strong interest in practical applications,Basic knowledge of power electronics (variable speed drives),Willingness to read and understand technical documentation,Intermediate English proficiency,Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel),Open to continuous improvement, dynamic, and eager to learn,Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, high safety awareness,Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and frequent schedule updates,Valid B-class driving license.
