Workshop Supervisor

The Role:

SRG Global are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to be based onsite in our Southwest Region. This role will be reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager and will work closely with site personnel onsite ensuring prompt project delivery and quality works. Local Residents are encouraged to apply.

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Trade Cert - Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5 years +) Previous experience in a Civil Construction industry environment Strong Mechanical experience, Hydraulic/Electrical/Pneumatic experience is desirable Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery Strong communication & people skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge Experience with reporting and PO allocations Previous project coordination/supervision experience
