Purpose of Role: As the Workshop Supervisor at our Somersby Workshop, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and lean practices, while also driving production levels to support our product sales within cost and efficiency targets.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Field Service team to achieve key business objectives, including safety enhancements, maintenance excellence, process improvements, and the implementation of lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with Field Service workshop staff and subcontractorsWork with regional management to establish and implement a sustainable growth of the allocated Field Service workshopPrepare estimates and quotes to the Field Service Customer Service Manager - Rotating Equipment for repairs for submission to the clientCreate service orders and Job PacksReview and ensure job packs are completed accurately and with sufficient detail for quotation purposes following strip surveyRecommend improvements to be forwarded to customers that will reduce their TOCManagement of Fatigue Polices within the Field Service teamLiaising with product managers to ensure that adequate information is supplied to ensure that jobs can be completed in a safe and timely mannerExhibit a collaborative approach to ensure that customer needs are prioritised and satisfied to meet set service levelsMaintenance of internal customer recordsDispatch and receipt of goods and equipmentOccasional travel to site when required
