Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC systemsConduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problemsRespond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairsRead and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsOperate and maintain various hand and power toolsPerform basic welding and fabrication tasks as neededAssist in the installation of new equipment and systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usageEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issuesProvide technical guidance and support to less experienced team membersParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and techniquesManage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate's degree preferred3-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related technical fieldProven experience in multiple technical disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety procedures and regulations (e.g., OSHA standards)Ability to read and understand technical documentation and blueprintsProficiency in using various hand and power toolsBasic computer skills for record-keeping and communicationValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotationsCertifications in relevant areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plusContinuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving technologies
