Workstations Transition Manager

Job Summary

We are searching for a Workstations Transition Manager who thrives on tackling big challenges, inspiring teams, and delivering impactful results.

This pivotal role  will drive strategies and execution for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and sustaining products. You will be at the forefront of transition management, aligning product, supply, and demand strategies, and ensuring smooth, customer-centric execution.

Responsibilities
• Participates in development and securing approval for comprehensive GTM plans and budgets for PSS offerings on a global scale.

Own and lead workstation transition strategies, including scenario planning and interlock processes across product management, marketing, GTM management, demand planning, alliance teams, and markets.

Align stakeholders to ensure clarity on objectives, timelines, and execution plans for NPIs and ongoing product transitions.

Create and deliver E2E transition playbooks that provide actionable guidance for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Establish a structured operational and communication rhythm to facilitate decision-making at all organizational levels.

Deliver insights and recommendations to drive critical choice-point decisions.

Translate complex strategies into compelling narratives and visuals for leadership and customer-facing teams.

Equip sales and marketing teams with resources to manage customer expectations and drive adoption.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $104 800 up to $149 350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
