Role Brief:
The Workstream Manager role is focused on high quality service delivery of multiple processes under the workstream, evaluating the efficiency of established processes, developing improvement strategies, facilitating changes and supporting a structured expansion of service-line, through a team of process SMEs and Specialists.
Education Background - Bachelor in any stream
Relevant years of experience: 9-14 years
Tool Knowledge:
Preferred - Alteryx / Tableau / Power BI

Responsibilities
Process Management
Responsible for highest quality and timely delivery of all services/process under the workstream from start to finish.
Monitoring and Reporting QC for all processes.
Analyzing efficiency, identifying areas of improvement and presenting process improvement plans.
Implementing new services processes - research, design, development and testing.
Create and maintain process documentation and conduct efficiency audits
Oversee documentation, communications, as well as team training design and delivery for consistency.
Establish service delivery adherence to agree upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage direct reports to determine team workflow and job priorities as well as establish quality and timely completion of agreed upon items in scope (some cyclical, some ad hoc)
Analyze current and future technology/process needs, to identify and recommend improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes
Executing the Demand Management strategy as set by the Center of Excellence (COE).
Demonstrating subject matter specialization in firm’s deployment technology.
Team Management
Managing a team of Process SMEs and specialists.
Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the process deliverables, including but not limited to, schedule updates, utilization forecasting, sending staff confirmation communications, a variety of reporting and analysis related to load balancing of resources, among others.
Serve as an escalation point for the team.
Conduct team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Developed strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
Mentor, coach and train team members to reach their full potential.
Promoted positive and constructive working relationships among team members.
Desired Skills and Experiences
To ensure success as a Deployment Enablement Manager, you should possess extensive domain knowledge in data management, reporting and business analytics. Prior experience of working with large and complex data and designing Power BI dashboards will be preferred
Deep understanding of business and deployment management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas in Deployment processes/operations
Cross line-of-service deployment processes and related areas, including utilization, forecasting, etc.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing and developing a team.
Understanding of Compliance / Audit and Deployment processes
Responsible for Quality Checks of centralized compliance checks, maintain compliance trackers, populate process quality reports, perform transactional schedule management tasks.
Release or escalate potential matches accordingly as stipulated in the working instruction to originating business unit and relevant compliance department.
Maintenance of data integrity.
Perform confirmation checks and follow-ups with Engagement Team with high drop / schedule changes.
Respond to Audits from internal/external teams with regards to documents, trackers for sample checks.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
Knowledge of using the workforce management systems will be preferred.
Knowledge about working on SharePoint.
Previous experience of working in a Consulting firm / Big 4 (Tax and Assurance) Deployment function with Compliance checking will be an added advantage.
