The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. Join us to design and evolve how we communicate and connect with our Retail Store, Retail Customer Care (RCC), and Retail Support employees globally. Your skills with strategy, account management and writing will help design integrated product launch and commercial marketing-focused internal communication and engagement plans. By assessing team and business needs, and asking questions, you’ll frame problems to solve, define goals, and work with cross functional partners towards a final vision.
**Description**
Shape holistic strategies with a customer and creative perspective into informative plans that inspire teams to connect deeply with our products, software, and services. The work is grounded in what’s needed now (think: the rhythm of a daily news cycle), but also have an eye to what could be. Approach each launch with an audience first mindset and a balanced point of view — empathetic, yet pragmatic, to execute plans that deliver against business priorities. Responsibilities: Synthesize complex product launch, marketing, and employee program plans to create internal engagement strategies that put the right information in the right place, at the right time, for the right audience. Negotiate with partners and business leaders to advocate for your audience needs to reach a shared objective. Collaborate with marketing teams across Retail, Marcom, and Product Marketing to inform and develop thorough and clear briefs that define what success looks like and how it will lead to action against KPIs. Champion the strategic brief with creative and producer teams throughout development, through to go-live.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 6+ years experience within an advertising agency, marketing organization, or PR environment in a writing or editorial planning capacity.
+ Experience measuring campaign and engagement effectiveness by analyzing both qualitative and quantitive insights and data.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.

+ 8 to 10+ years experience developing and presenting communication plans focused on marketing, product launch, and employee program strategies.
+ Experience working with international peers and leadership teams to define global communication strategies.
+ Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization, organically grow internal relationships, and lead through ambiguity in order to produce forward-thinking creative.
+ Possess a strong editorial point of view and narrative ability, building key messages for work ranging from commercial marketing campaigns, to product launches, to employee-centered program initiatives.
+ Proven ability to ‘see around corners’ to understand global business challenges and formulate effective communication strategies that support the audience needs and business goals.
+ Exceptional learning agility and an understanding of Generative AI techniques that can inform global communications plans.
+ Strong executional abilities, able to go from strategy, to ensuring execution is on target and on brief.
+ Possess excellent writing skills that can deliver clear messages that motivate behavior change while meeting business goals.
+ Demonstrated passion for Retail, with experience on how to engage people in a human way at the scale of Apple.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
