IBM's finance organization is instrumental in driving innovative improvements to global financial processes while providing measurable value to the business. **Your role and responsibilities** Provide leadership to the worldwide IBM Power finance & planning team on strategic & long-term financial models, drive portfolio optimization for the business unit, support the IBM Power CFO directly and serve as one of the main advisors, drive the financial strategy on IBM Power’s XaaS portfolio in sync with IBM’s journey to hybrid cloud, liaise with IBM Power’s business leadership and lead ad-hoc Operation & Transformation projects. **Required technical and professional expertise** Proven results leading F&P teams (at least 5 years in Finance and Planning management or leadership roles), solid experience in supporting business leaders and senior executives, strong business controls’ background (at least one year in an audit or business controls roles). **Preferred technical and professional experience** Experience with Hardware business with good understanding of cost dynamics (inventory, plan, supply chain etc) and technology product cycles.
