The World Wide Sales Operations Sales Data Steward Representative position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for the WW Sales organization. As a key contributing member of the Global Sales Operations Center of Excellence (CoE), you will utilize your analytical/research skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enrich ADP sales data; you will develop deep knowledge of data best practices, enforce data governance policies and enrich ADPs data assets to foster an effortless sales experience. We are in search of team members that are self-starters, intellectually curious and have a proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. They partner and consult with Sales Staff, technology teams and Automation and provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities. 1-3 years of experience in Data Management BS/BA Degree (or equivalent): Business Administration, Data or related field is preferred Competency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PPT) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease of interacting with crossfunctional teams Ability to strive in a fast-paced evolving sales environment Ability to handle confidential matters Knowledge/experience with Salesforce CRM and AWS big data environment a plus Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases Prior working knowledge of data aggregation and querying a plus Prior experience of data management platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and written Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents Superb organization skills Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment Ability to handle confidential matters
