Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced clinician for a rewarding career as Wrap Coach to provide hybrid services either working from home, community, office or at people's homes and will include up to 1 hour of travel. The position may reside in any county and will support programs including travel as needed to Boone, Hendricks, Marion, Montgomery and Putnam Counties in Indiana. Free training will be provided by Cummins and the DMHA site coaches along with NWIC to become a Wraparound Facilitator.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Child Resiliency and the Wraparound Team Lead, the Wrap Coach will work as an advocate for children and families by engaging community volunteers and professionals in a strength-based, family centered planning process. The Wraparound coach will partner with wraparound facilitators to coach them to utilize their skills within the high-fidelity wraparound process. The Wrap Coach will model, practice, teach, and observe facilitators to ensure families are getting quality wraparound services. The Wrap coach will help hold facilitators accountable to the expectations of units, audits, calendars, due dates and multiple platform document uploads.
Essential Functions of a Wraparound Coach:
Must have previous experience as a Wraparound Facilitator. Regular and reliable attendance is necessary to perform the following essential functions of the position.
+ Provide individual coaching to assigned Wraparound Facilitators per Wraparound Program requirements. 2x a month for each facilitator they have under them. Each supervision requires an hour of prep time, 1 hour of supervision, 1 hour of observation/follow up, after an observation a debrief. If the national coach is included on this coaching session extra time is added for facilitator and coach.
+ Monitor the quality of clinical documentation and coach assigned Wraparound Facilitators, on documentation quality improvement. By utilizing the NWIC checklist and manual and audits.
+ Evaluate and provide coaching related to provider competency and performance for essential program functions such as initial assessment and treatment planning documentation required per the federal/state requirements.
+ Assist assigned Wraparound Facilitators to manage day-to-day operations in an efficient and effective manner including problem-solving related to barriers encountered through the Wraparound Program.
+ Will have a quarterly coaching session with the DMHA site coach
+ Partner with new hires during onboarding process for up to 6 months
+ Review wraparound process to ensure ongoing competency and compliance with state and organizational standards
+ Train on EHR process with a specific focus on Wraparound functionalities
+ Develop new tools and resources for wrap facilitators to help optimize positive outcomes with families
+ Partner with at least one CMHW and CMHI family
+ Create and manage booster trainings and professional development for current Wraparound Facilitators
+ Develop a strengths-based goal plan and interface with agencies/volunteers to ensure goal attainment.
+ Provide coverage for wrap facilitators when in need
+ Provide crisis management as needed.
+ Maintain records.
+ Submit accurate billings.
+ Aid families and agencies in leveraging resources for children/families involved with Wraparound services.
+ Must be able to perform all functions of a wrap facilitator for families that they partner with.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Available to work some evening and weekend hours to assure consumer need is met.
+ May require use of personal vehicle.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Training and Development:
Participates in continuing education programs and in-service training on request or in conjunction with developmental and training goals or as deemed appropriate to increase personal and professional effectiveness and improve the service quality provided our customers. Will attend all trainings needed for certification as a wrap coach provided by DMHA.

Desired Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human services field with two (2) years previous direct care experience in social services, behavioral health, school-based, etc.
+ Must be a certified wrap facilitator or willing to obtain certification during first 3 months of employment.
