EcoSure & Lobster Ink is looking for a Writer to join its industry-leading Content team. We deliver high-impact learning through a range of digital products blending instructional expertise, conceptual creativity and all with a full internal production team. We're expanding a portfolio serving some of the world's biggest brands, and we're looking for the best, to keep producing the best.
Our writers apply a balance of logic, creativity and simplicity to produce learning material across various mediums that is accurate, engaging and effective. They will form part of a team designing creative strategies around customer goals and shaping a learning programme to performance-driven instructional theory.
Responsibilities:
Create lean, instructionally sound, error free copy across a variety of deliverables including video and interactive content
Support the project team in developing a creative strategy to build a cohesive, impactful product
Use prompt engineering and AI copy as a supporting tool in your workflow
Minimum Qualifications:
3 year Degree or diploma in advertising, marketing, English, media or journalist related
Three to five years experience in the role of a Journalist, Copywriter or similar
A portfolio of notable published work, available for viewing
Experience in creating copy for training purposes would be beneficial
Key competencies include exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with instructional design thinking for logical content flow. Additionally, there is a strong ability to visualize content effectively, communicate within teams for quality assurance, manage time proactively, set deadlines, and work adeptly in agile environments with new technologies.
