Job DescriptionResponsible for achieving the agreed sales target for his / her geographical areaResponsible for the development of Key WTE accounts within geographical areaResponsible for relationship & agreed business actions (projects, roll-outs, trials etc.) with key 2TL strategic partners within geographical areaTake full ownership to collaborate with all KAM’s / RAM’s and WBD’s  developing the entire WTE basket within region and execute agreed plans with 1TL / BCS customersPromote and encourage Bosch parts, diagnostics and workshops services strategy to all customers within geographical areaResponsible for good area management of territory including regular visits to all key customers within regionHave a clear plan of goals in advance of monthly activitiesProvide a regular update / minutes for all customer meetings with follow up actionsBe responsible for the sales process (demonstration to purchase), this includes assigning responsibility for each element to self or colleague(s)Forecast current month sales plus 6 months outlook for regionUpdate pipeline document to support internal functions (minimum weekly)Capture all information and required support within call plansDemonstrate ability to cold call and generate new business leads within areaProviding solutions to achieve annual sales targets including growth 

The WTE account manager must also be technically competent with ability to demonstrate the WTE basket supporting changing market requirements 

Qualifications

The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills

Demonstrating the range of WTE equipment to distribution and installers - Bosch and Robinair  brandsManagement of contracted time to key distributors – planned workouts/customer activitiesSupporting national account rolloutsGenerating sales by pull through from installersWork proactively with internal customers within their respective regions of responsibilityLiaise with line manager and data analyst to produce detailed account plans focusing on objectives and planned activityCollate and feedback market intelligence to the channel / data analystSupport Bosch conceptsOrganising and delivering equipment training where requiredLiaising with distributorsOrganising and attending trade eventsProvide information/solutions as appropriate to address enquires and queries within accepted timescales
