Conducts research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment selection, procedures, manpower, or training to ensure the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow
Establishes and implements quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs
Reviews and provides analytical input to documents, such as proposals or other operational procedures, to support studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems
Plans the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
Drive manufacturing process improvements across multiple assembly process steps
Support Production Build Operators with immediate needs on Tooling and Processes to meet production schedule
Conduct Process Flow analysis and make improvements
Develop tools that enable manufacturing or increase production rates
Implement Procedure and process improvements based on safety, quality, and productivity
Provide information to management as the status of equipment, manpower, space and other elements affecting manufacturing
Provide input or guidance to lower level professional and technical staffQualifications You Must Have:
Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical).
English 90%.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
