Beats is a highly creative, fast-paced and dynamic brand within a brand. We are looking for a 3D Visual Producer. This position will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, engineering & suppliers to craft concepts and experiences for customer-centric, fast-paced retail environments at scale. The team members working on this program are responsible for implementing best-in-class retail experiences for our customers around the world including; fixture design, prototyping and deployment, temporary displays and visual merchandising guidelines. You are responsible to work as an integrated part of the Channel team to complete Beats’ branded and partner-led in-store programs with excellence across Carriers, CE Retailers, Specialty and other routes to market. The Channel is a critical indirect route to market for Beats and is inclusive of all carrier, consumer electronics and mass merchant retailers worldwide. These are important environments for customers to learn about, experience and purchase our products. The Channel 3D Producer will partner with expert teams to lead the development of store programs, new product introductions and seasonal campaigns for Channel programs. The role will also take on Accessories and AppleCare work as needed.
**Description**
Drive production management processes including: project briefs, production timelines, supplier engagement/management, drawing reviews, production reviews, and presentations. Additional responsibilities include: - Create visually appealing designs to effectively communicate brand messaging. - Develop and implement innovative in-store display concepts to accommodate our ever evolving roadmap - Create 3D renders of all display concepts and prepare sell-in presentations to retail partners - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and apply them to display solutions. - Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and visual consistency. - Solve design challenges creatively, providing unique and effective solutions. - Ensure that all financial and operational procedures are in place on a quarterly basis. This includes, but is not limited to opening Purchase Orders, obtaining and authorizing vendor invoices, conducting weekly budget reviews and updating spend forecasts.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience leading the design, development and/or production process for retail deliverables, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand.
+ Experience leading coordinated cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations, finance, etc.) for the development of product display, retail fixtures or customer journeys.
+ Ability to understand, interpret and easily speak to the process and strategies supporting the creative process.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,500 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
