Job Description:

1. Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IIQ.

2. Strong background in SailPoint technical support or L1/L2 experience on SailPoint IIQ.

3. Proficiency in IGA and troubleshooting of access-related issues.

4. Hands-on experience with user access review processes, including certification campaigns.

5. Hands-on experience in LCE events monitoring and health checks daily.

6. Experience with RBAC role validation and application user listing validations.

6. Ability to validate access authorization in SailPoint.

7. Capability to handle and troubleshoot end-user access issues.

8. Ability to support and guide MSTLs and internal and external auditors.

9. Experience with Code repo, build & deployments.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for SailPoint IIQ, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.

2. Identity Governance Expertise in demonstrating proficiency in identity governance processes.

3. Conduct and manage user access review processes, including certification campaigns to maintain accurate access controls.

4. Perform RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) role and LCE Events validation to meet weekly compliance requirements

5. Application User Listing Validation and compare application user listings to ensure proper user access review.

6. Access Authorization Validation within SailPoint (LCM Requests vs. RBAC) to ensure proper access levels

7. Handle and troubleshoot MSTL issues during user access review processes.

8. Provide guidance and support to MSTLs during the user access review process.

9. Assist internal and external auditors in identity governance audits, ensuring compliance and providing necessary documentation and memos.
