Job Description – SailPoint IdentityIQ DevOps
The SailPoint DevOps is responsible for the ongoing support and service maturity of the IAM program. Must have experience with SailPoint IIQ developing/maintaining code and the following capabilities/functions within the platform and IAM service as a whole.
What You Will Do
Must be able to read, write and modify Java code and a solid understanding of REST and SOAP API’sMust be able to design & develop new application integrations.Must have experience in Custom Workflows, Rules, Rule Libraries, Policies, Roles Creation, Reports, and Tasks.Must have code management experience on GitHub etc.Should have a good understanding of java development and debugging experience.Should be able to understand SailPoint API, Java APIs, libraries, methods, and XML.Should be familiar with application servers such as Tomcat.Should be familiar with application Audits and Logs.Should have a good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.Performs security analysis with business and technology partners to ensure technology solutions and workflows are compliant with internal requirements and regulatory guidelinesBuild access management roles working with the business to ensure alignment of entitlementsWorks with our clients staff and Business application support and external vendors to support IAM technologies and integration with business systemsMaintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of serviceWith guidance from the Technical IAM Associate Manager participate in the application onboarding processCollaborate with application and business owners to ensure roles and entitlements are assigned appropriately according to business needMaintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of serviceProvide second level support and on call support. Troubleshoot and remediate advanced application issuesAnalyze impact of IT environment changes and upgrades on IAM/PAM/Authentication services coordinating testing and change managementParticipate in the development, execution and documentation of test plansCollaborate with business and application role owners to ensure ongoing reconcilement of functional access analysis against the changing business needsIdentify privileged entitlements/roles and use assignment rules, policies, security controls reporting and alerting capabilities to bring risk down to an acceptable levelCollaborates in the development of processes and procedures when implementing changesAutomation of repetitive tasksPerform third-level analysis and investigation of security access incidents, requiring a sound understanding of the supporting technologies.Reliably escalate those incidents that are of a higher than routine risk and technical complexity.Assigns security incidents that cannot be directly resolved to the responsible team with the appropriate access and authority.Corrects errors causing security incidents and records action taken to resolve/correct the situation, often involving complex technical and security issues.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
