If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** WW Infrastructure & Software Financing Leader role will serve as an integral member of the IBM Financing Global team, leading the integration of IBM Financing with IBM Infrastructure & Software. The role will take direction from IBM Financing leadership and collaborate closely with business and finance leaders within IBM Infrastructure & Software. The objective is to support the growth of the Infrastructure & Software business while aligning with IBM's broader business and cash flow goals through customized financing solutions. * The mission of this role is to support the integration and collaboration between IWW Infrastructure & Software Financing Leader. * The focus is to provide financing solutions that align with the goals of the captive financing mission as part of FiTTER, while supporting the growth of the Infrastructure & Software business. * This will be achieved by working closely with Infrastructure & Software leadership to understand their growth needs and providing financing options (leases and loans) that drive revenue, generate free cash flow, and prioritize both operational and financial integrity. * This role will be a direct report to the IBM Financing Brand Integration leader. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Understanding of Infrastructure & Software business (offerings & operations). * Experience closing complex Infrastructure & Software deals. * Experience with Infrastructure & Software sales operations. * Understanding of Financing offerings. * Effective communications and collaboration. * Experience and established relationships with senior leaders and across the organization. * IBM accounting policies as related to software and financing. * IBM Growth mindset.
