The Worldwide Retail Finance - Online team supports all facets of Retail’s online business, as well as several initiatives across both online and physical stores. The team closely partners with worldwide and regional teams within Retail, and across Apple, on sales performance management, commercial strategies, operational expenses, and long-term capital investments. If you are a big picture thinker with a strong analytical background, can anticipate the needs of your business and enjoy putting ideas into motion, this role may be for you. **Description** As a finance partner for Retail Online, you will directly support business functions that are fundamental to long-term strategy and growth of Apple Retail, including technology capital investment, geo expansion, and segment programs management. Based in Cupertino, this role will work directly with a wide range of teams across Retail, and all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs, generate innovative solutions and manage uncertainty. Primary responsibilities include: - Work across a range of teams to develop business cases that capture expected financial impacts of new initiatives across KPIs of units, revenue and margin - Support in-depth analysis on high visibility capital investments and their impact to Apple Retail, including significant cross-functional work to provide detailed business cases modeling, holistic strategic viewpoints and exec-level presentations on key performance indicators - Collaborate closely with business partners to support business management and growth initiatives across customer segments (i.e., Education) and online platforms (i.e., Apple Store app, Tmall marketplace) - Lead detailed financial analysis and modeling for Retail Online new country expansion and go to market strategy, in close collaboration with our regional finance partners - Lead the Retail Finance efforts in supporting all global Retail Online fulfillment capabilities (e.g. immediate delivery, Apple Pick Up, etc) in coordination with the Ops team, including program expansion and ongoing performance analysis **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced, high pressure environment + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Business **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong knowledge of Excel and modeling skills. Shown ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models + Self-starter, and ability to prioritize and balance multiple deliverables with competing timelines in a collaborative and fast-paced environment + Ability to perform quantitative and financial analyses; able to work comfortably with incomplete information while dealing with ambiguity + Proven track record of completing challenging projects and building consensus across cross-functional teams + Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; able to present a compelling point of view directly to senior leadership. + Advanced proficiency with Excel and Keynote required. + Financial visualization tool experience, including Tableau Desktop or Tableau Prep is a plus **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
