**Your role and responsibilities**
The Technology Expert Labs Services Offerings Leader is a strategic role responsible for driving growth and revenue for Services Offerings across IBM Software and Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Lead definition and implementation of a consistent strategy and framework for IBM Software and Infrastructure Services Offerings
- Manage the end-to-end development and tracking of Services Offerings that resonate with the market and drive growth and revenue
- Develop and manage processes to continually assess and improve Services Offerings
- Partner with sales, finance and legal teams to define transaction methods for Services Offerings that map to customer and services delivery requirements such as milestone based revenue recognition
- Partner with CIO and tooling teams to simplify the sale of Services Offerings across channels and allow for auto-attach of Services Offerings to IBM Software sales
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Professional Services Leadership Experience: Seasoned technical leadership and credibility, with proven experience of defining and implementing a consistent strategy and framework to drive adoption of complex, enterprise-grade technology solutions.
Project Management Skills: Applied knowledge and skill on project management and program management including creating and executing project management plans including, scope and change controls, communication plans with stakeholder meetings, status reporting and project health metrics, and deliverables management with time and financial controls.
Global Service Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of portfolio and program management techniques and frameworks for services/consulting type business globally.
Experienced Problem Solver and Influencer: Adept at navigating matrixed and cross-functional organizations to resolve issues, propose risk mitigation strategies and provide project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Knowledge in IBM services delivery and subscription offerings as well as IBM QTC systems and processes
