Job Description

The Nightlife and Daylife Club Cocktail Server / Marketing Model is responsible for providing superior guest service while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.

Job Duties:

Greet, serve, interact and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitudeConsistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional mannerServing beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclubTake food and beverage orders from Guests table(s) and communicate orders properly to the service barOrganize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequenceUp sell and suggestively sell menu items, celebration packages and beverages at all timesCheck food and beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been metPromptly deliver all beverages to appropriate tables and assigned work areasManage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient and proactive mannerMaintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health StandardsRecognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicatedAbility to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basisEnsure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completedAdhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/proceduresReport any incidents or violations to managementFollow all designated emergency proceduresAttend required trainingsMarketing and promoting pool and nightclub events both on property and on Social Media platformsMaintain social platforms as indicated by management and participate in marketing campaigns via social media

QualificationsMinimum of 21 years of ageMinimum of 1-year work experience in a high-volume beverage or nightclub settingMust be able to communicate in English with guests and other team membersMust be able to work efficiently within a team environmentMust have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sunMust adhere to both company and department specific policies and proceduresEmbrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities
