Airswift has been tasked to find a Well Services Engineer to work for one of our major Oil and Gas costumers based in Paris, France
Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility to be renewed) Start date: January 2025 Location: Paris, France
MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service holder will be responsible for Xmas tree, wellhead, workover engineering activities and technical matters. This will include but not be limited to reviewing, approving, preparing and managing all studies during Pre-project and FEED, Call For Tender and EPCI phases for the SPS system for a very deep water oil greenfield project.
The Service Provider will be leading the Xmas tree, wellhead, workover engineering activities, and be supporting the procurement, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning activities for SPS equipment.
The Service Provider will provide support to the SPS Technical Manager and the SPS team and liaise with other project teams.
ACTIVITIES Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project. Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project Ensure progress, fitness for purpose, and compliance with Company Rules and Specifications, Project requirements and international codes of all Xmas tree, wellhead, workover engineering for SPS scope during all Project phases Be responsible for all pre-Project and FEED Xmas tree, wellhead, workover system engineering activities and manage all Pre-project and FEED contractor technical activities related to these systems. Manage interfaces with other packages as required Ensure that all drilling aspects having consequences on SPS design are suitably addressed over the design phase. Support development of the technical package for the SPS Call for Tender in accordance with Project Strategy Be responsible for review, fitness for purpose and compliance to Project and Company requirements of SPS Tenderers Technical offers. Support the SPS Technical Manager during technical clarifications with Tenderers and ensure timely closing of technical qualifications. Carry out Tenders technical evaluation and support for preparation of RTA technical part. Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation, reports, presentations related to the Xmas tree, wellhead, work over systems. Support and participate to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.), Ensure that all engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant documentation issued by Supplier(s) and Contractor(s) (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests), Provide guidance and input into Contractor strategies/procedures and specifications for design, procurement, construction, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of the subsea components. Support to follow-up and supervise all testing and qualification activities (SUT, FAT, EFAT, SIT, etc), all installation preparation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities performed by SPS Contractor, including the handover of equipment to other packages, Ensure technical compliance throughout the Project life of the engineered, procured, fabricated, tested and installed SPS material and equipment (over several locations, yards). Ensure all technical, QA/QC and H3SE project policies and requirements are duly implemented and ensure SPS Contractors’ compliance with contractual requirements in all areas. Anticipate and ensure adequate and timely reporting to the SPS Technical Manager of any concern, issue or potential deviation. Propose timely and adequate solutions and optimizations.
