In this position... 
This role will lead implementation of Product Data Model (PDM) insourcing transition plan, integrating PDM into PD digital transformation. This includes staffing, onboarding, people development, work prioritization, process design, software tools, team KPIs, and metric reporting.

The role will manage a team to:

develop process and tool improvements to modernize Ford's digital assets for external consumption deliver external assets in line with program and marketing timing.
