XRM/EM Sales Representative

Division: Research Microscopy Solutions


Main Tasks
• Understand customer workflow.
• Know company products and features in detail and learn the competitor’s practice and come out solutions along the way.
• Customer visits and demo to potential sales leads.
• Complete quotation and bidding process.
• Effectively train the customer to make sure customer operate company products correctly.
• Monitor customer payment in timely manner.
• Maintain good relationship with regular customers.

Education
• Bachelor or Master degrees in Material Science, Physics, or Engineering related disciplines.

Experience
• SEM, X-ray Microscopy, semiconductor or basic science sales background is preferred
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a sales position with proved track record
• Be familiar with Microscope, inspection / measurement and semiconductor packaging
• Strong sales affinity with proven sales track record
• Technical affinity
• Proactive attitude in resolving outstanding issues Willing to go extra miles to come out win-win solution for customer and the company
