**Yard Associate in Aldie, VA** **Job Description** As a Yard Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing efficient operations of one or multiple yards, which may include operating equipment, loading and unloading products, and executing standard receiving and shipping processes. **Responsibilities** + Provide spotting duties for equipment operators. + Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials. + Inspect all equipment used daily. + Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system. + Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery. + Operate heavy equipment. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience. + Inventory management skills. + 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Driver’s license. + Experience in equipment operations. + General warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values efficiency and teamwork. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM/8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aldie, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
