Our client, a leading logistics provider is seeking a skilled Yard Driver in Kansas City, MO to manage the movement of materials and trailers within the warehouse and storage areas. In this role, you will operate industrial trucks, ensure safe and timely delivery, and perform routine maintenance on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move trailers and materials within the warehouse or facility.Inspect loads for safety and position lifting devices for transport.Load and unload materials manually or mechanically and move controls to drive trucks or tractors.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and fueling vehicles.Weigh and record material data, signal workers for safe operations, and hook tow trucks to trailer hitches.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.1 - 3 years of relevant experience.CDL Class A or B with Air Brake endorsement.OSHA training and company-specific training as required.Warehouse experience is a plus.

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00Monday to Sunday, with available shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
