Excellent Opportunity With a Dairy Facility!

$24.02/hrMonday-Thursday 11a-7:30pmSunday 6am-2:30pmFriday and Saturday OFF

You will drive the truck/tractor to vehicle parking, yard or docking areas to move, position or park trucks and trailers to facilitate shipping and receiving functions. May also operate wash bay using all necessary equipment to clean tractors and trailers. You will also be helping in the cooler department when needed.

Hook, unhook and move trucks to and from the service department and around dock areaSpot or position loaded and unloaded trailers at assigned dock space for unloading or loadingMaintain accurate trailer and inventory movement logsFollow steps to ensure proper operation and perform periodic preventive maintenance including pre and post trip inspections of equipment in the areaPerform duties required to ensure that assigned area is sanitary and cleanWash exterior of trucks and trailers if appropriate for yard locationAdhere to all DFA Quality, Safety, DOT, and GMP policies

Work Experience

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalentTractor/trailer experience, within the last 5 yearsCDL Class A LicenseMeet all DOT requirementsUnderstanding of DOT Transportation regulations related to lawful operationAble to use computers and technology needed for the jobSkills with math sufficient to calculate load size
