Job Title: Yard Jockey

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Yard Truck and Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating yard trucks, forklifts, and skid loaders for various tasks including trailer swaps, yard moves, loading/unloading materials, and transporting products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesSafely operate yard trucks, forklifts, and skid loaders for trailer swaps, yard moves, loading/unloading materials, and transporting products.Collect and sign the bills of lading, accurately weigh trailers, and ensure correct documentation.Safely maneuver bagged products through the plant and provide production teams with necessary materials to meet demands.Maintain a clean work environment, including shipping and dock areas, and operate magnets/sweepers to prevent metal and rubber buildup.Perform equipment inspections, report maintenance issues, and follow all safety and quality guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
SHIFT

The standard shift is Monday and Thursday from 5 PM - 1 AM and Friday from 3 PM - 11 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
