**C&S Waste Solutions of Lassen County, LLC** , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious **Yard Laborer** to join our team in **Susanville, CA** ! **The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.** The **wage will start at $19.00 per hour.** The pay range for this job category is $19-$21 per hour. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term & short-term disability, life insurance, 401K retirement match and unlimited opportunities to "Connect with Your Future". **Responsibilities Include:** + Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up + Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance + Pressure washing carts + Maintaining storage organization and inventory of carts + Picking up and sweeping wind-blown trash + Responsible for tasks and duties at the Material Recovery Facility + Various utility tasks as needed **Requirements:** + At least 1 year of work experience.
