What You'll Be Doing

Operate a front-end loader to move materials safely and efficientlyMaintain stockpiles and load customer trucks with accuracyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceCommunicate with dispatch, quality control and plant personnel to ensure high quality is maintainedOperate haul trucks, skidsteer, skytrack ,and other mobile equipment as neededPerform plant maintenance, plant cleanup and other duties as requiredFollow all safety procedures and company policies
 

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipmentStrong awareness of safety and environmental standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtimeBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
 

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
 

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
