The Yard Manager is involved with all yard personnel activities including hiring, employee coaching and development, terminations and disciplinary actions. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. This position is located in Wooster, Ohio and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Educational Requirements:
Vocational or Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
