Summary: The Yard Manager will oversee PAR's yard operations and is responsible for maintaining organization, inventory management, tool/equipment inspection, vendor management, fleet scheduling, and knowledge of CDL requirements and regulations. Location: This full-time position will be located out of our yard location in Kansas City, MO. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: + Detailed inventory + Loading/unloading trucks + Fill out JSA daily + Field calls for tooling inventory and tooling requests + Inspect tooling and equipment for damage and defects prior to shipping + Keep yard organized and clean + Keep inventory of all consumables and keep them stocked + Helping in the tool warehouse What You'll Bring Skill and Qualifications: + Ability to operate a telehandler and wheel loader + Able to lift 75 lbs + Microsoft Office- Excel, word + Self-motivated and able to work independently + Working outside in all weather conditions + Basic math skills + Knowledgeable about DOT regulations, OTR + Able to manage 1-2 employees + Attention to detail + Properly utilization on PPE and implementing safety processes + Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Preferred Experience: + 5+ years of experience in civil construction, drilling, foundation, or construction + Ability to efficiently schedule trucks and vendors + Crane Certification + Class A CDL - no restrictions What You'll Get PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including: + 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Prescription, life insurance and disability benefits + 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution + Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Tuition Assistance + Wellness and Mental Health Programs + Learning and Development Programs PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
