 As a Yard Manager, your key responsibilities will be to lead a corporate yard team to provide excellent customer service and work product through effective and efficient operations. Coordinate projects by closely working with operating company leadership. Critical for success are strong communication and time management skills and the ability to maintain organization while working in a fast-paced environment.

 What it takes:

3-5 years of prior management experienceBachelors or Associates degree from two-year college or technical school in related field (desired)3-5 years of related mechanical repair on construction and/or agriculture equipment experience and/or training (desired)A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
