What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating a variety of heavy equipment, including large wheel loaders, skid steers, and forklifts. Handling day shift duties such as unloading products, stockpiling materials, moving railcars, and assisting with processes. Tackling night shift tasks, including loading finished products into railcars, stockpiling, and performing extensive cleanup (e.g., shoveling and sweeping). Conducting minor mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

What You Bring:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, forklifts, and skid steers. Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of industrial processes and equipment. The ability to work independently, especially during night shifts without direct supervision. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience in construction or industrial plant environments is a strong asset.
