A little about the position: Job Summary Primary job responsibilities consist of daily duties within the yard Some of What You Will Do: + Responsible for overall appearance of facility + Assist in loading and unloading pool shells and all shipping and receiving from our plants. + Position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to outfit pools and do small repairs + Read and understand production orders. + Work in and around heavy machinery once qualified + Other duties as assigned. + Able to become Certified Crane Operator What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) + Must be able to work outside in all sorts of weather and temperatures. + Effectiveness in prioritizing assigned duties + Experience using various hand tools. + Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work, climbing up and down ladders and lifting up to forty (50) pounds. + Must be a self- motivated and self- driven independent worker. + Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future. Other: Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (50) pounds. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and/or protective outerwear are required.
