Job DescriptionThis position requires the preparation, assembly, loading and unloading of traffic control equipment for delivery to various jobsites.
Summary of essential job functions:
Proper maintenance of equipment.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Organize and maintain warehouse and yard.Loading and unloading a company vehicle.Ability to read and understand computer generated pick tickets.General HousekeepingQualificationsAbility to lift 50 pounds consistently over a 10-hour shift
Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions for the duration of the shift.Good Communication skills.Able to use simple hand tools.Additional InformationWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must be able to successfully manage the physical demands of this position, which include the following:
Hours of operation may vary based on staffing needs and workload. Typical workweek 50 hours Majority of time will be in the field.The position may work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving vehicles, and occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. Noise levels in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Position may lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds. If necessary, in the field, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions; employee lifts pushes, pulls, or carries objects.
Competitive Pay Range- $16.00 Hourly pay based pay based on experience
